Kavala house

We were appointed to complete an outline scheme design for a new build private detached house, situated near to the coastal town of Kavala in Northern Greece. The plot lies in a spectacular location, adjoining the beach and with views South over the Aegean and nearby Thasos island. The scheme makes best use of a narrow plot, with main living accommodation arranged on the first floor and a guest apartment on the ground floor. Main communal living and dining spaces are positioned to the front of the house to enjoy the sea views, whilst bedrooms are tucked away for privacy.
